J.J. Kurberg -  Pipar Organic Chilli Vodka

Pharmacist Jakob Kurberg , who founded Moe Fine Spirit Distillery in 1886, was a master of this art. The vodka, which is aged with Cayenne Chilli, is made using artisanal methods in small batches.
Vodka, which is aged with Capsicum annum Cayenne Chilli, is made using artisanal methods in small batches. Since its inception, it has been used in Estonia as a companion “medicine” – consumed in small quantities during the coldest, wettest months or whenever the Estonian people felt ill.
This vodka combines the true taste of ancient times with the honest taste of natural local ingredients. It is made from 100% pure Estonian ingredients - organic chili is grown in the ancient Kopra Karjamois fields in the Valga region, and the base rye distillate is produced from winter rye grain, which is grown only in selected regions.
