Tsiakkas – Promara 2023

Promara is one of Cyprus’s oldest and most distinctive indigenous white grape varieties. Sourced from ungrafted, handpicked vines in the sandy-loam soils of Agios Ioannis and Polemi (700–900m altitude), this wine reflects both tradition and purity of place.

Vinified with cold soak and careful yeast selection, Promara spends nine months on lees in stainless steel tanks, gaining texture and character while preserving its fresh, vibrant fruit. The nose reveals elegant aromas of pear, melon, straw, and a delicate touch of flint. On the palate, it shows both freshness and depth - a balance of fruit-driven charm and subtle mineral complexity.
