Sundeck × Solo Spirits × Adam Ďurech

In collaboration with Solo Spirits, we—along with Chef Adam Ďurech and Sommelier Matej Demčák—have created an evening centered around food, wine, and a great atmosphere.

"PLAVBA" (The Voyage) is a five-course dinner featuring wine pairings from the Czech Republic, Austria, and Croatia.

Chef Adam Ďurech is crafting a menu that responds to the season, available ingredients, and the wines themselves. Sommelier Matej Demčák is handling the selection and pairing, bringing the entire concept together.

Each course will have its own distinct character, combining to create a single evening "voyage" of flavors.
