This wine, known as “Volador” (which translates to “flying” in Catalan), is crafted through a blend of garnacha and samsó grapes sourced from a 25-hectare vineyard featuring old vines aged from 30 to 80 years. In the production process, the wine is carefully fermented in cement tanks and then aged for six months.
